Responsibilities

• Manage training and employee development, including LMS monitoring and new hire orientation
• Drive employee engagement and culture through creative gamification and connection initiatives
• Lead cross-functional People projects, including DEI, referral programs, and manager training
• Standardize onboarding infrastructure for both hourly and salaried, on-site and remote employees
• Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and asset collection
• Use data to track progress and inform retention and engagement strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR, ideally in a fast-moving company
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces
• Proficiency with HR systems, including ATS and LMS
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
