Job description
Responsibilities
- Act as a key HR point of contact providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with managers to enhance Performance Management practices
- Provide guidance and day-to-day coaching to managers
- Participate in the hiring process to assess cultural fit and alignment with values
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify development needs
- Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
- Contribute to HR analytics to inform workforce strategy and performance trends
- Refine and implement core HR practices aligned with company culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner or HR Business Partner)
- Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment
- Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and performance management tools
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Coaching certification
