Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key HR point of contact providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with managers to enhance Performance Management practices
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day coaching to managers
  • Participate in the hiring process to assess cultural fit and alignment with values
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify development needs
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Contribute to HR analytics to inform workforce strategy and performance trends
  • Refine and implement core HR practices aligned with company culture

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner or HR Business Partner)
  • Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment
  • Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and performance management tools
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coaching certification
