Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic People advisor to department heads across all functions
  • Own end-to-end performance review cycles, including timeline, calibration, and execution
  • Design and deliver manager enablement programmes, including toolkits and coaching
  • Advise on high-trust people matters such as employee relations, terminations, and policy interpretation
  • Drive promotion processes, growth planning, and succession strategies
  • Design organizational structures, team models, and job architecture to support scaling
  • Execute engagement surveys and ensure actionable follow-up at the manager level
  • Identify people-related risks and propose data-informed solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a high-growth startup or tech environment
  • Proven expertise in performance management and manager enablement
  • Strong ability to coach and influence senior leadership
  • Knowledge of UAE and/or KSA labour law and employment practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools and data-informed decision making
  • Experience building People frameworks or programmes from the ground up
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters tactfully
