People Partner Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration for new joiners, including UAE Nationals
• Track UAE Nationalization progress and engagement check-ins
• Maintain people data, trackers, and HR reports
• Help organize recognition, wellbeing, and engagement activities
• Assist with recruitment and organizational chart updates
• Coordinate with store teams, managers, and associates across brands

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and positive energy
• UAE National preferred
• Organized, adaptable, and socially confident
• Open to feedback and eager to learn
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in HR, people partnering, and employee engagement
