Requirements

  • Experience designing employee lifecycle programs from onboarding through development
  • Track record building performance review architecture and compensation systems
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize internal workflows and operating systems
  • Experience implementing AI-first process automation in organizational contexts
  • Strong orientation toward structural discipline and execution velocity
