Requirements
- Experience designing employee lifecycle programs from onboarding through development
- Track record building performance review architecture and compensation systems
- Demonstrated ability to optimize internal workflows and operating systems
- Experience implementing AI-first process automation in organizational contexts
- Strong orientation toward structural discipline and execution velocity
