People Team Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the People Business Partner team
• Respond to employee inquiries through shared HR inboxes
• Maintain HR forms, templates, and internal documentation
• Support employee lifecycle processes including changes, separations, and record maintenance
• Assist with tracking and documentation for LOA and ADA accommodation requests
• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system and troubleshoot issues
• Generate reports to support operational, compliance, and business needs
• Support administration of company benefits programs including open enrollment and onboarding
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve employee benefit inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of directly related experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset
• Project management skills
