Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the performance marketing budget, including platform split, campaigns, and retargeting
  • Build and manage keyword and ad groups for paid search for category, competitor, and niche terms
  • Run paid social campaigns on X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Handle end-to-end ad creative development, including writing and testing copy and working with design
  • Lead KPI reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for paid and performance efforts
  • Own the development of the conversion funnel, including landing pages and A/B testing processes
  • Recommend, set up, and maintain marketing infrastructure for conversion and ABM
  • Drive a consistent flow of SQLs to the sales team

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B sales targeting financial institutions, fintechs, or regulated entities
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology architecture and attribution
  • Solid copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
  • Ability to drive decisions using data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with blockchain or distributed ledger technology
  • Experience with Conversion API (CAPI) implementations
