Performance Coach

Responsibilities

• Use nutrition and coaching expertise to guide users toward their specific health goals
• Manage and respond to incoming customer queries promptly across various channels
• Provide a consultative, 7-star experience to help users overcome obstacles and achieve outcomes
• Channel user feedback to designated product and technology teams to improve the platform
• Work to eliminate SLA response times and ensure a stellar experience across different time zones
• Collaborate with the user experience team and other athletes to ensure proper user guidance
• Utilize automation and smart workflows to optimize coaching efficiency

Requirements

• Certification or degree in nutrition or exercise physiology
• Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and technology teams
• A founder mindset with the ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently
• A strong passion for health, fitness, biohacking, and continuous learning
