About the Company

Netenders is an international e-commerce group operating several brands—Wordans, Needen, Ntextil, and Egotier—specializing in the sale of blank and customizable clothing in over 20 countries across Europe and North America.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce short advertising videos (15 to 30 seconds) for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop multiple creative concepts and hooks for the same campaign
• Adapt creations to different markets, languages, and formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)
• Integrate AI tools into the creation process to accelerate production and increase content volume
• Maintain constant monitoring of creative trends on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to improve creations based on results

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating advertising videos for Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, or YouTube)
• Excellent mastery of hooks to capture attention within the first three seconds
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools
• Experience with AI-based video tools such as Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, or equivalents
• Marketing vision focused on performance and conversion
• Proficiency in English and/or French (Spanish is a plus)
• Portfolio showcasing Paid Social advertising video examples

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or textiles
• Experience with B2B audiences
• Good knowledge of creative best practices for Meta Ads campaigns
