Performance Creative Designer & Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video footage into finished cuts with professional sequencing and pacing
• Design thumbnails, social graphics, digital banners, and ad creative that align with video content
• Build motion graphics, animated text, and transitions using After Effects
• Maintain brand continuity across all video edits and static assets
• Partner with paid media teams to produce creative variants for A/B testing and scaling
• Mentor junior designers and editors by providing actionable feedback and documenting workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design within an agency or high-volume environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both video (short/long form) and static design work
• Expert command of Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Experience producing performance-driven creative for social and digital media
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Sound design and advanced audio editing skills
• Familiarity with social platform mechanics and engagement hooks
• Comfort using lightweight tools like CapCut or Canva Pro for rapid iteration
