About the Company

Avida (formerly System2) is a San Francisco-based, fully remote Series-A stage company that combines elite human coaches with cutting-edge AI technology to bring the experience of a personal fitness trainer to everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) for a portfolio of fitness coaches
  • Onboard new coaches into paid ads and guide them through the first 90 days
  • Optimize campaign performance daily by monitoring CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Develop and refine the paid ads playbook for the fitness coaching vertical
  • Collaborate with coaches and CAMs on content strategy and creative repurposing
  • Report on performance and maintain dashboards for coaches and internal leadership
  • Manage the Ads Kickstarter Program to accelerate coach adoption
  • Own tracking and attribution infrastructure, including Meta Pixel and Conversions API integrations
  • Build forecasting and financial models for leads, wins, and CAC
  • Explore new channels such as Google, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve campaign management efficiency

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management experience
  • Proven track record of managing $30k+ monthly ad spend profitably
  • Deep understanding of direct-response advertising and conversion funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building performance dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining strategy to non-marketers
  • Experience managing ad creative pipelines or working with content creators
  • Self-starter capable of executing in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, health, or creator/influencer space
  • Experience managing paid campaigns for personal brands or individual creators
  • Familiarity with fitness coaching business models (lead gen to client acquisition)
  • Personal interest in health and fitness
