Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Amazon marketing activities including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMG for assigned client accounts
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Sponsored Ads campaigns based on performance targets
• Develop impactful campaign strategies aligned with client objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights-driven recommendations
• Report campaign outcomes to clients and suggest optimization opportunities proactively
• Contribute to refining workflows, processes, tools, and documentation to enhance campaign quality and efficiency

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), including DSP, AMG, and Amazon SEO
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables
• Highly analytical with a strong technical understanding and solution orientation
• Excellent knowledge of Japanese and fluency in English
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to customers
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
