Job description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and X
  • Build and improve Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns and WhatsApp-first conversion flows
  • Scale budgets responsibly while focusing on lowering cost per qualified lead (CPQL)
  • Own the end-to-end tracking stack including GA4, GTM, UTMs, pixels, and Meta CAPI
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
  • Analyze the full funnel from impression to booked customer to drive improvements
  • Partner with sales and creative teams to align targeting and messaging
  • Build and own the reporting layer, including dashboards and weekly performance updates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience owning paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end
  • Hands-on expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong fluency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Conversion API (CAPI)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret performance dashboards
  • Strong written communication skills to explain strategy and results
  • Proven track record of managing key metrics such as CPL, CAC, and conversion rates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, lead-generation, or high-volume consumer services
  • Knowledge of CRO principles and landing page optimization
  • Experience with automation tools like n8n or respond.io
  • Familiarity with email, SMS, or WhatsApp lifecycle and nurturing flows
