Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review short, pre-segmented Persian language datasets.
- Evaluate AI model-generated replies for Tone and Fluency.
- Rate each model reply using a five-point scale after reading the prompt and two responses.
- Provide concise rationales for extreme ratings.
- Identify and flag issues such as condescension, bias, or tonal mismatches.
- Assess replies for grammatical accuracy, clarity, coherence, and natural flow.
- Complete a qualification process lasting approximately 30–40 minutes.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Persian (Farsi).
- Strong comprehension of English.
- Currently residing in United Arab Emirates.
- Commitment of 25 hours per week.
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
