Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and arranging meetings.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation required for client meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards.
  • Coordinate property viewings and client appointments while liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Support the team in daily operations and assist with any other tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, Property Monitor, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Availability to commit to the full duration of the 4-month contract ( From May to August 2026).
  • Must hold a valid visa sponsored by a family member or relative
