Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic assistance to the Principal
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and bespoke requests
  • Prepare briefing documents, summaries, and structured insights for decision-making
  • Conduct research on regional market trends and potential investment opportunities
  • Oversee personal and family-related matters with complete discretion
  • Coordinate household staff and external service providers
  • Ensure seamless execution of private events, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Act as a liaison between business, household, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor regional real estate and major upcoming development projects
  • Synthesize market intelligence into concise, actionable insights
  • Identify potential opportunities aligned with the Principal’s investment interests

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within the GCC region
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or UHNW individuals
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Strong verbal communication and confident non-verbal interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of the UAE regional landscape and investment environment
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
