Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the executive's diary, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and reports as required
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
  • Assist with personal administrative tasks and ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, EA, or in a similar support role
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively with minimal direction
  • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar
