Role Description

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic personal assistant to the private Family Office. This position requires a general problem solver with ruthless attention to details and prioritization skills.

Reporting directly to the Family, you will be helping with all aspects of connecting the dots within the support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General PA duties, i.e. gatekeeper for all matters
  • Administration of properties including liaising with House Managers
  • Diary and travel management
  • Detailed electronic and paper filing
  • Budgeting and collating information for bookkeepers, lawyers and accountants
  • Organising parties, dinners and other events
  • General day-to-day problem solving

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience as PA
  • Fluent Russian
  • Excellent communicational and organisational skills
  • Be resilient and can problem solve effectively
  • High attention to details
  • Tech savvy

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a professional customer service orientated position or UHNWI
  • STEM education
