Responsibilities

  • Conduct introductory calls and maintain long-term communication through emails, texts, and calls
  • Support the end-to-end management of personal injury files, handling approximately 120 cases
  • Draft and send letters of representation and negotiate claims and liens with insurance companies
  • Utilize Filevine for precise case tracking and timely updates
  • Independently execute case management tasks with minimal micromanagement

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of personal injury legal support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Filevine
  • Familiarity with Washington state personal injury law, PIP agreements, and lien processes
  • Confident and empathetic communication skills for frequent client interaction
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
  • Proficiency with Gmail and Google Chat

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language proficiency
