Personal Injury Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Open new personal injury files, organize client information, and track important deadlines
• Coordinate insurance communications and monitor medical treatment
• Request, organize, and review medical records and billing
• Prepare medical chronologies, treatment summaries, and damages summaries
• Assemble settlement demand packages including liability and wage loss information
• Assist with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and trial preparation
• Manage discovery documents, interrogatories, and requests for production
• Track releases, lien resolution, and final file disbursement
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding case progress
• Utilize AI and legal technology tools to improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience supporting U.S. personal injury cases
• Strong understanding of the complete case lifecycle from intake to settlement
• Proficiency using AI and legal technology tools
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
