Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients
  • Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps and provide recommendations
  • Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance
  • Assist clients in the claims process
  • Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic
  • Support account retention through proactive communication

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager
  • Valid P&C insurance license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied Epic experience
