Responsibilities

• Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more
• Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email
• Access 80+ insurance carriers to find the best-fit policies for each customer
• Leverage AI-powered tools and tech to streamline workflow and maximize impact
• Close 60+ policies per month with warm, inbound leads

Requirements

• 3+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
• Experience in a contact center environment offering multiple carriers
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume environment
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and motivated
