Responsibilities

• Design and implement BFF (Backend For Frontend) and API Gateway solutions using Kotlin
• Develop robust integrations with the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB)
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of developed APIs
• Contribute to architectural decisions and propose continuous improvements
• Actively participate in technical refinements and sprint planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliveries

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Kotlin for backend development
• Proven experience with BFF architectures
• Solid knowledge of API Gateway (preferably AWS API Gateway)
• Mastery in implementing secure and performant RESTful APIs
• Ability to apply modern architecture patterns like Microservices and Event-Driven
• Proficiency in code review, refactoring, and Git branch management

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automated testing and continuous integration for backend
• Experience with advanced API security strategies (rate limiting, advanced validation)
• Experience in high-scale projects and distributed systems
• Familiarity with other backend languages such as Go or Java
