Pharmacist in Charge

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and represent the company in the New York Board of Pharmacy application process
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Manage pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with founders and advisors on building the operational framework
• Oversee quality assurance, audits, and online prescription fulfilment standards
• Provide excellent pharmaceutical care to patients once operations begin

Requirements

• Active Dubai Pharmacist License
• Previous experience as a PIC and a strong understanding of Dubai Board of Pharmacy requirements
• Experience setting up a pharmacy is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a online pharmacy set-up
• Must be authorized to work in Dubai.
