Pharmacy Care Coordination Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists
• Ensure compliant and empathetic communication with potential patients regarding hospital-based pharmacy services
• Conduct audits in DialPad, TelemetryRX, and Electronic Medical Records to ensure workflow efficiency
• Establish and maintain efficient workflows between outreach teams and clinical integration teams
• Manage personnel administrative tasks including ADP, PTO, and time reports
• Facilitate collaboration with hospital partners through regular meetings and status reviews
• Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members

Requirements

• Active state pharmacy technician license
• Active national pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
• 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven record
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and empathetic communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Willow, Qs1, or RX30 software systems
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a clinical or pharmacy setting
