Pharmacy Technician- Call Center

Responsibilities

• Provide patient, provider, and customer care
• Use pharmacy computer systems to facilitate patient care
• Prepare and label medications for distribution
• Perform inventory management for medications and supplies
• Maintain pharmacy records
• Participate in onboarding and training of new personnel
• Perform housekeeping duties in compliance with hospital policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) within 2 years
• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, Technician, or Intern with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
• Computer literacy and knowledge of pharmaceutical names
