Pharmacy Technician Outreach Manager

Responsibilities

• Grow the number of new patients filling at Shields Health System partner pharmacies
• Manage and motivate direct reports and key stakeholders
• Identify new methods for patient onboarding, including direct campaigns and MSOT opportunities
• Partner with supervisors to monitor performance KPIs, enrollment, and productivity targets
• Collaborate with business analytics and TRX teams to build reporting dashboards and operational functionality
• Implement creative engagement strategies and A/B testing for patient messaging
• Ensure team compliance with all established standards

Requirements

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience
• Healthcare operations experience
• Demonstrated experience coaching teams to measurable performance outcomes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Previous patient-facing or patient engagement experience
• Specialty pharmacy or patient outreach experience
• Multi-site or regional oversight experience
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
