Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, position, and execute capture for key strategic opportunities
  • Develop large strategic captures in the commercial market through matrixed teams
  • Gather and validate customer business and technical needs
  • Work with account leads to determine contact plans and technical solutions
  • Identify competition and evaluate relative strengths and threats
  • Map company offerings against client requirements to identify and close gaps
  • Apply pricing strategies to create competitive and compelling capture strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling to commercial customers
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
  • Experience in physical security, managed services, or related industries
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong relationships within the commercial sector
  • Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and leadership abilities
