Responsibilities

• See patients via telemedicine using the provided technology platform
• Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to practice guidelines
• Work closely with a care team, including Health Coaches, to optimize patient outcomes
• Assist in the resolution of patient inquiries and requests
• Complete online charts in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and protocols

Requirements

• Active MD or DO license
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, OB/GYN, rheumatology, endocrinology, or other primary care fields
• Active license in at least one of: AZ, TX, FL, HI, OR, NM, ME, CT, DE, CO
• 3+ years of experience providing primary care (telemedicine or in-person)
• 2+ years of clinical practice post-residency
• 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Active license in CA, NY, MA, NJ, IL, PA, VA, NC, WA, RI, MO, SC, VT, or DC
• Familiarity with MacBook, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
