Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality adult primary care via video and asynchronous telemedicine
• Care for a diverse patient population, including Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries
• Collaborate with a subspecialist network across medical and surgical disciplines
• Leverage AI-enhanced workflows, including Nabla scribe AI and automated routing
• Help build clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an early team member

Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• 2+ years of experience in primary care clinics
• Active, unrestricted US medical license (multi-state required)
• Significant outpatient primary care experience in ambulatory adult medicine
• Eligible to see Medicare and Medicaid patients
• Must reside in the United States
• DEA license required for credentialing

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and technology-driven workflows
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment

Benefits

• Compensation range of $180,000–$200,000 annually
