Physician - Virtual Health Assessment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical care virtually via phone, video, and messaging in alignment with company guidelines
• Provide direct oversight and clinical supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants in accordance with state regulations
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other healthcare providers across various service lines
• Ensure compliance with all applicable medical laws and regulations

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Fluency in Spanish (to be determined by proctored assessment)
• Full medical license in Tennessee and Georgia
• Licenses in at least two of the following states: MO, MS, AL, FL, or TX
• Active IMLCC or eligibility to apply
• 3+ years of experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice
• Experience with value-based care documentation standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of telemedicine experience
• Previous experience in regulatory supervision of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
• Existing licenses in MO, AL, or MS
