Physician – Women’s & Metabolic Health

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits via video and asynchronous channels for metabolic health, weight management, hormonal transitions, and contraception
• Prescribe and manage medications including GLP-1 receptor agonists, hormonal therapy, and contraceptives
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, NPs, RNs, and health coaches to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to clinical protocol development and workflow optimization for a digital care model
• Order and interpret labs and manage dose adjustments
• Provide member education on sustainable behavior change and medication safety
• Document patient encounters accurately in the MPractice EMR
• Participate in case reviews and QA audits

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OB-GYN
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Broad licensure (strong preference for 5+ state licenses)
• 5+ years of clinical experience in primary care, women's health, metabolic/obesity medicine, or telehealth
• Strong clinical judgment regarding hormonal and metabolic medications
• Ability to work in a fast-evolving, early-stage digital care environment
