Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits (video and asynchronous) for metabolic health, weight management, hormonal transitions, and contraception
• Prescribe and manage medications including GLP-1 receptor agonists, hormonal therapy, and contraceptives
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, NPs, RNs, and health coaches to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to clinical protocol development and workflow optimization
• Order and interpret labs and manage dose adjustments
• Provide member education on sustainable behavior change and medication safety
• Document accurately in the MPractice EMR
• Participate in case reviews and QA audits

Requirements

• Board-certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OB-GYN physician
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Availability for minimum 10 hours per week on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Broad licensure (preference for 5+ state licenses)
• 5+ years of clinical experience in primary care, women’s health, metabolic/obesity medicine, or telehealth
• Strong clinical judgment regarding hormonal and metabolic medications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in early-stage, fast-evolving digital care models
• Ability to translate clinical reasoning into product feedback
