Placement Associate

Responsibilities

• Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and carrier readiness
• Identify missing information and coordinate with sales to resolve gaps
• Assist in marketing accounts to carriers in alignment with placement strategy
• Utilize carrier online rating platforms to support quoting
• Support pricing reviews, coverage comparisons, and basic analysis
• Track carrier responses and follow-ups
• Submit accounts to carriers and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate status updates within Caffeine and agency management systems
• Support bind order preparation and placement documentation
• Communicate professionally with sales, placement team members, carriers, and brokers

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Excel and other software applications
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2–4 years of commercial insurance placement experience
• Current P&C Producer License
• Working knowledge of P&C insurance coverages
