Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions/Closing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters
• Maintain accurate documentation in Litify
• Prepare closing statements and related case documentation

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience
• Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm

Preferred Qualifications

• Litify experience
