Platform Analyst Advisor/Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead system requirements analysis and validation activities using industry methodologies
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of business processes and platform capabilities
• Establish and improve processes for system planning and release planning
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
• Provide system development effort and cost estimates for ROI analysis
• Produce and maintain initiative and platform system documentation
• Work with engineering teams to develop user stories, use cases, and delivery plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems to improve reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (Agile, Lean, or Kanban)
• Proficiency with Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience creating system workflows and documentation
• Ability to teach and mentor software engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience in Cloud development with Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of Amazon Q/Kiro
