Platform Analyst Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead system requirements analysis and validation activities using industry methodologies
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of business processes and platform capabilities
• Establish and improve processes for system planning and release planning
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
• Provide system development effort and cost estimates for ROI analysis
• Develop user stories, use cases, and delivery plans with engineering teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation for engineering and operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems to improve performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (Agile, Lean, or Kanban)
• Proficiency with Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience creating system workflows and documentation
• Knowledge of Amazon Q/Kiro

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud development with Azure or AWS
