Platform Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize applications across iOS, Android, or Windows platforms
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform-specific application issues
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver new features and enhancements
• Support application deployment processes through App Store, Google Play, or Windows Store
• Assist with enterprise mobile device management (MDM) and application security initiatives
• Participate in testing, performance tuning, and platform updates
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders
• Document solutions, configurations, and best practices

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience supporting application development or platform engineering
• Experience with iOS (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, iOS SDK), Android (Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Android SDK), or Windows (C#, .NET, Visual Studio)
• Experience developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Bitrise
• Knowledge of application deployment processes and release management
• Basic understanding of MDM solutions and enterprise mobility technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments utilizing Jira
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or government-required clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Apple Certified iOS Developer
• Android Certified Application Developer
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• Experience supporting enterprise mobility or endpoint modernization initiatives
• Knowledge of mobile security, device management, and application performance optimization
