Playable Ads Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop full-cycle playable ads for mobile ad networks including Meta, Unity Ads, IronSource, Mintegral, and TikTok
• Implement interactive 3D gameplay, UI, and game scenarios based on LifeSIM 3D visuals
• Adapt builds to technical requirements of various ad networks regarding size, loading speed, FPS, and formats
• Optimize assets, textures, animations, audio, and final project size
• Prepare WebGL builds using Unity Playworks/Luna
• Work from technical specifications to build MVP versions and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in playable ads development with a portfolio of real work
• Proficient in Unity (C#)
• Experience using Unity Playworks/Luna for WebGL builds
• Understanding of ad network technical constraints (size, loading, formats)
• Skills in optimizing 2D/3D assets, textures, animations, and audio
• Ability to simplify scenes to meet advertising limitations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D characters, animations, and simple game logic
• Experience with Mixamo or other character animation tools
• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, or Blender
• Strong awareness of mobile ads and UA creatives
• Interest in using AI tools in the production pipeline
