Plumbing Project Manager/Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and review a large volume of residential plumbing work orders daily
• Evaluate contractor reports, photos, and videos to verify diagnoses and scope accuracy
• Spot incomplete or inaccurate bids and work with contractors to resolve issues
• Provide technical direction to contractors and escalate quality concerns
• Ensure all relevant data, documentation, and system entries are accurate and complete
• Act as the final internal QA before work is approved, scheduled, or billed
• Collaborate with the internal operations team to troubleshoot delays or material gaps

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential preferred)
• Strong diagnostic instincts for assessing work via photos and videos
• Familiarity with common residential plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and water heater failures
• Ability to challenge assumptions and steer contractors toward correct scope
• Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in learning custom internal software platforms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage dozens of open work orders simultaneously
