Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end podcast production from guest outreach and scheduling through recording, post-production, and publishing
• Source and book high-quality guests including founders, operators, and AI experts
• Prepare briefing documents, talking points, and episode structures for hosts
• Coordinate production workflows, calendars, and recording logistics across multiple time zones
• Collaborate with editors and content teams to ensure high-quality delivery of episodes, clips, and assets
• Use audience analytics and trends to continuously improve episode quality and show structure
• Build scalable, repeatable production systems and workflows

Requirements

• Experience in podcast, YouTube, or similar media content production
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with executives and guests
• Strong editorial, research, and storytelling instincts
• Ability to operate at high speed and manage multiple production pipelines simultaneously
• AI-fluency with active use of AI tools for research and workflow efficiency
