Portfolio Growth Manager

About the Company

A Thinking Ape is a mobile gaming studio with a portfolio of long-running live titles and a growing back catalogue operated alongside its sister studio, DECA Games.

Responsibilities

• Own ad monetization hands-on across DECA games, including waterfall and bidder configurations
• Manage ad network onboarding and coordinate SDK maintenance
• Own end-to-end store presence and product marketing for back-catalogue titles
• Plan and ship Custom Store Listings and Custom Product Pages
• Run metadata optimization and store hygiene on App Store and Google Play
• Maintain existing paid campaigns across SDK networks, social, and search
• Build and maintain automations using AI to reduce manual overhead in reporting and data handling
• Maintain consistent reporting cadences across studios

Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile gaming within a mobile game studio
• 2+ years in mobile marketing (ad monetization, product marketing, ASO, or UA)
• Proven experience building systems or tools using AI in a real workflow
• Exceptional cross-team communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ad monetization stacks like AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, or Google AdMob
• Experience with App Store and Google Play optimization
• Working knowledge of attribution platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular
• Strong skills in structured data handling, advanced Excel, scripting, or API integration
