Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale handoff process by verifying closed-won details and ensuring all onboarding prerequisites are met.
  • Drive customer momentum toward "first value" through structured outreach, follow-ups, and blocker removal.
  • Manage a defined retention queue by triaging downgrade and cancellation requests and executing structured save motions.
  • Coordinate internally across Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene by logging all activities, milestones, and risk signals in Salesforce and DealHub.
  • Propose improvements to existing playbooks and escalation paths based on recurring customer patterns or blockers.

Requirements

  • Experience managing post-sale operations, onboarding readiness, or customer retention workflows.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and DealHub (or similar CRM and CPQ tools).
  • Strong customer communication skills, including the ability to send empathetic, concise updates via email or video.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume queue of requests while maintaining strict SLA adherence.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and tracking key metrics like churn mitigation and revenue recovery.
