PR & Communications Lead (Dubai, UAE)

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global product and technology communications strategies to reinforce ElevenLabs as the category leader in audio AI.
• Partner closely with growth, engineering, research, and executive leadership to craft clear, impactful narratives across product launches, research milestones, and partnerships.
• Manage company news and announcements across earned and owned channels; secure media coverage in top tech and business outlets and identify emerging channels (podcasts, newsletters, creator platforms).
• Build and execute executive communications plans: develop thought-leadership content, social seeding, and speaking prep for senior leaders.
• Prioritize and manage inbound media and speaking requests; act as media spokesperson and primary press contact for the region when required.
• Create high-quality written content (press releases, bylines, blog posts, talking points, Q&A) and oversee content consistency across channels.
• Act as a player/coach within a small, fast-moving comms team: mentor junior communications colleagues and scale processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years leading communications at high-growth SaaS or AI companies, ideally with product and developer-facing audiences.
• Proven track record building communications programs from 0-1 and driving product and business narratives.
• Established relationships with prominent technology and business reporters and editors, plus experience securing coverage across podcasts, newsletters, and emerging channels.
• Comfortable engaging with technical developer audiences as well as non-technical enterprise and creator stakeholders.
• Experience working across distributed/global teams and operating in GMT+4 (UAE) working hours.
