PR Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global communication strategies with a focus on digital channels
• Create and promote newsworthy, viral content from scratch
• Write press releases, articles, and engaging materials for diverse audiences
• Communicate with international media, bloggers, and industry opinion leaders
• Organize press events, conferences, and digital media initiatives
• Analyze PR campaign results using key digital metrics to evaluate effectiveness
• Coordinate with Community Management teams on social media engagement and trends
• Manage regional PR agencies, including task setting and performance tracking
• Partner with development teams to identify PR risks and opportunities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of PR experience, preferably in GameDev or gaming media
• Hands-on gaming experience and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content generation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure PR performance via data
• High-quality independent content writing skills
• Experience working with Western content creators and English-language platforms (e.g., Reddit)
• Fluency in both English and Russian
• Willingness to provide screenshots of gaming profiles (Steam, PSN, Xbox, etc.)
