Job description

Responsibilities

  • Implement custom workflow designs to streamline clinical communications
  • Build users, schedules, and workflow rules within the PerfectServe platform
  • Engage with Practice Managers and Providers to build rapport
  • Provide technical support and remote go-live assistance
  • Conduct training for practitioners, practice managers, and support staff
  • Execute testing protocols and quality audits
  • Manage account stages in SFDC and SmartSheet

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing, consulting, or project management roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Experience driving process change in complex environments
  • Experience working with physicians or in clinical settings
