Practice Consultant Liaison (Pennsylvania resident)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver orientation and educational programs to support revenue optimization and charging compliance
• Manage ongoing communication with assigned institutes to identify and address business needs
• Manage institute expectations regarding financial and overall Revenue Cycle performance
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance workflows and procedures
• Complete analysis of issues and implement action plans
• Proactively identify sources of issues and communicate to appropriate parties
• Provide updates on new initiatives within Revenue Management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years managing people, processes, or projects
• Strong communication and computer literacy skills
• Ability to work independently
