Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, building immediate trust with couples.
  • Respond to leads within a 1-minute SLA across WhatsApp, Botspace, and CRM.
  • Understand each couple's unique situation through active listening and probing questions.
  • Book qualified appointments with the appropriate sales consultants.
  • Manage various communication touchpoints including calls, WhatsApp messages, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate daily with the Pre-Sales Team Lead and Sales Advisors to ensure high-quality lead handovers.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, call centers, hospitality, or customer support.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills with high energy.
  • Ability to work 5 days per week on a stable, consistent schedule.
  • Proven ability to respond to inquiries with extreme speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote work communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment without other conflicting commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote-first company.
  • Based in Syria, the Philippines, or another remote market with stable internet and power.
  • A warm, proactive, and human tone during phone interactions.
