Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales to qualify customer needs and technical requirements
  • Design scalable software solutions and propose architectures
  • Lead technical presentations, demos, and POC sessions
  • Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and RFP responses
  • Provide pre-sales support during bid reviews and contract discussions
  • Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Support implementations with technical training and deployment guidance
