Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and present sales propositions
- Prepare business cases and related service descriptions
- Maintain sales presentations and CRM system for business development
- Coordinate and align with product, technical, commercial, finance, and legal to prepare winning RFP/RFQ/Tender responses
- Participate in sales meetings and pitch at the CXO level as needed
- Assist in market research and competition mapping
- Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements
- Assess customer needs and recommend optimal solutions
- Secure input from all necessary client stakeholders
- Adapt solutions as necessary
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar presales role within FinTech, Telecom/Technology, or Banking sector
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business, Science, Engineering, or Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- MA/MSc or MBA
- Proficiency in a second language
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Financial modelling and Excel proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
- Customer-focused, innovative, hands-on attitude
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, ambition, and adaptability
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (Africa)
